Ruminder is responsible for all aspects of the company strategy, team and operations across RADIUS’s global network. He has a proven record of success in helping education institutions address strategic operational challenges and specializes in helping institutions transform their student recruitment & admissions strategy, operational efficiency and organizational effectiveness.

With over 15 years of deep domain experience in the higher education sector, Ruminder’s past roles include management positions at Canadian & US post-secondary institutions. Ruminder is a 2x founder and holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto.
